Celebrate Bob Ross’ Birthday with Twitch TV’s Marathon
Twitch TV is launching a creative section and to celebrate they are featuring a marathon of “The Joy of Painting” with Bob Ross starting Thursday, October 29. It started today at 2 pm PST and will last for 9 days. That’s 403 episodes of happy trees, footy little hills, and a charming little cabin or two.
Robert Norman “Bob” Ross was an American painter, art instructor, and television host. He was best known as the creator and host of The Joy of Painting, a television program that aired on PBS in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Thursday would have been Ross’ 73rd birthday. The artist died in 1995 of lymphoma.
